We just made the highest-converting action easier to reach.

The test:

→ Added a search bar directly inside the mega menu

→ Let users search without leaving the page

→ Matched user behavior to high-intent pathways

Why it worked:

→ Search had the highest revenue per click

→ Most users navigated through the menu first

→ We reduced friction and met intent earlier

The results:

✔︎ $81,050/month

✔︎ $972,600/year (forecasted)

✔︎ $0.05 revenue per session

Small UX tweak. Big revenue lift.

CRO Insight

Badges don’t build better carts.

“10% Off” might grab attention, but it rarely grows AOV.

If you want customers to buy more, your offer needs to do more than just discount.

That’s where bundling wins.

→ It boosts perceived value

→ It guides higher-spend behavior

→ And it works without killing your margin

Try this instead:

- Add 2- or 3-pack bundles directly on the PDP

- Use gift thresholds to drive intent (e.g. spend $100, get X)

- Make the bundle feel like the smart default, not an upsell

This is one of the easiest ways to increase cart size without adding friction or flashing another promo badge.

Most Upsells Fail Because Customers Never See Them When It Matters

We fixed that with one simple test:

We added a gift wrapping option directly inside the shopping cart, based on real customer feedback.

That’s it. No redesign. No new product.

Just a clear, optional add-on made easy to find during checkout.

The result?

✔️ $58,860 added monthly revenue

✔️ $706,320 projected annual revenue

✔️ $6.01 more revenue per session

A small shift in visibility turned an overlooked service into a major revenue driver.
