So this week, I’m leading from the front. I’ve taken a step back into sales calls, rolling up my sleeves, and putting in the reps. In one day alone, I’ve had 11 calls lined up, and I couldn’t be more excited

Because there’s no better way to test, learn, and iterate than by speaking directly with prospects, hearing their objections, refining the pitch, and improving the process in real time.

And the best part? When people jump on the call and say:

"I wasn’t expecting to see you here—I’ve seen so much of your content!"

That’s always surreal and humbling. But here’s the truth: no matter how big your business grows, no matter how large your team gets, nothing beats getting in the trenches and doing the work yourself.

So here’s my challenge to you:

If you’re ever unsure about something in your business, whether it’s sales, messaging, or product-market fit—get back in the game. Talk to customers. Run the process yourself. Build, refine, and then scale with your team.
