Before:

  • Strong product, long copy

  • Key benefits buried

  • Subscription felt optional, not compelling

After:

  • Review score pulled above the fold

  • Benefits converted into scannable bullets

  • Roast, size, and grind made instantly clear

  • Subscription framed as value (not commitment)

  • Delivery cadence simplified

Faster comprehension = faster decisions.

3️⃣ Homepage: Clarify The Value In Seconds

Before:

  • Nice visuals

  • Message relied too heavily on brand familiarity

After:

  • Review score surfaced immediately

  • Value proposition clarified ("Bold coffee. Bigger purpose.")

  • Benefit bullets added for scan readers

  • Retail trust logos used to reinforce credibility
