For example, prompts focused on keyword usage, tone, structure - with examples of existing successful copy.

Feed it that framework, and ChatGPT can create compelling headlines and persuasively written page content tailored to convert your audience.

2. Data Mining

ChatGPT is a huge time saver for tedious tasks like reviewing post-purchase surveys, support tickets, and other customer data to uncover feedback, trends, common pain points and buzzwords.

It can instantly analyze huge datasets that previously took teams weeks to comb through manually.

Those insights let you continuously refine page content and better understand customer triggers - driving more conversions over time with less effort on your end.

Optimize the 3 most important pages

INDOOR PLANTS DELIVERY 🎍

Patch helps its customers discover the best plants for their homes.

They’ve already delivered over 2 million plants to 500,000 happy customers over the last few years. But could they do even better with their CRO?

Here’s what they could do to make them more revenue.

1️⃣ Cart Page Optimization

I've:

1. Added a free shipping prompt at the top of the page letting customers visualize how far away they are from qualifying for free shipping on their purchases. This also helps you incentivize customers to add more products to their cart leading to higher AOVs.

2. Eliminated the “Keep browsing” tab next to Checkout button helping keep more customers in their buying journey and added a full width CTA + payment seals, leading to more checkouts.

2️⃣ PDP Optimization

I've:

1. Pulled the value proposition and trust elements in a visually appealing notice bar to the top of the fold.

2. Changed the image layout and added directional cues with chevrons + thumbnails allowing customers to better visualize the products from different angles.

3. Added all important social proof in the form of TrustPilot star ratings to further build trust and credibility.

3️⃣ Homepage Optimization

I've:

1. Added a colorful notice bar at the top of the page reminding people that they can get free shipping above a certain order value + a clickable link taking customers to their bestsellers or collection page.

2. Added the missing social proof by having a TrustPilot review way up the fold.

3. Added an emotive sub-headline in bold fonts to convey the value proposition in a better visual manner.

4. Optimized the hero image from a dull-looking plant to beautiful bestsellers and reviews from actual customers + optimized the CTA text and button.

5. Backed everything up with some really cool value propositions using trust icons + text. 🛒
