Before:

  • Discount led messaging dominated

  • Brand + science diluted by promos

  • Too many competing messages above the fold

After:

  • Bold, confident hero anchored in clinical proof

  • Trustpilot "Excellent" surfaced immediately

  • One clear value proposition: clinically proven skincare

  • Benefits reframed into scannable, outcome led bullets

  • Awards used as reinforcement, not decoration

  • One dominant CTA, no distractions

This feels premium, credible, and intentional.

2ļøāƒ£ PDP: Turn Browsing Into Belief

Before:

  • Product info was there

  • But the story was fragmented

  • Key benefits required effort to uncover

After:

  • Clinical claim pulled into the visual narrative

  • Review score anchored directly under the hero

  • Benefits converted into clear, skimmable bullets

  • "Subscribe & Save" framed as value, not pressure

  • Savings and delivery expectations made obvious

Less reading. More reassurance. Faster decisions.

Before:

  • Multiple spend messages competing for attention

  • Cognitive overload at the point of intent

  • Upsells felt noisy rather than helpful

After:

  • One clear incentive: free shipping + savings ladder

  • Progress bar visualising exactly what's left to save

  • Upsells reframed with reviews and a single "ADD" action

  • Savings surfaced clearly, not hidden

  • Checkout framed as secure and low risk

This is where conversion rate and AOV quietly lift.

Nothing here reinvents the brand. It just tightens the story, sharpens trust, and removes friction.

A/B Test Of The Week

The Test:

Turning a passive announcement bar into a clickable revenue driver.

The Problem:

The announcement bar was being used like most stores use it:

Visible, but forgettable.

It shared a USP… but didn’t actually send users anywhere meaningful.

What We Changed:

We made the announcement bar clickable and featured a high-value USP.

Instead of linking to standard collections or single products, we redirected traffic to high-ticket bundles.

Same bar.

Same placement.

Much smarter destination.

Why It Worked:

Announcement bars get attention by default, especially on mobile.

By pairing that attention with a strong USP and sending users to higher-margin products, we increased both engagement and average order value.

No redesign.

No new pages.

Just better intent routing.

The Result:
