How to Write Copy Like a $100M Brand

If you want to write copy that converts like the world's biggest brands, you need a framework.

This system will help you write headlines that hook, body copy that sells, and CTAs that convert:

Step 1: Research Your Customer

  • Study customer support tickets

  • Analyze sales call recordings

  • Read social media comments

  • Document exact customer language

Step 2: Build Your Messaging Framework

Break your copy into four core elements

Problem → Promise → Proof → Proposition Customer pain points & frustrations → Clear solution & benefits → Evidence & social proof → Irresistible offer & CTA

Step 3: Craft Your Headlines

Follow this proven formula:

  • Goal: Hook attention instantly

  • Structure:

  • Lead with end result

  • Add specific timeframe

  • Remove main objection

Step 4: Structure Your Body Copy
