The Test:

Introducing USPs at the top of the collection pages to enhance clarity and appeal for new visitors.

The Goal:

Reduce the drop-off rate and increase the click-through rate (CTR) to individual product pages within the collection, subsequently boosting revenue per session.

The Why:

With a significant 70% drop-off from the collection page to the product pages and the majority of the visitors being new, there was a pressing need to address potential objections and highlight the benefits of the products immediately upon landing on the collection page.

The What:

We introduced Unique Selling Points (USPs) prominently at the top of the collection page. These USPs were carefully crafted to quickly address common objections and outline the primary benefits of the products, particularly catering to new visitors. We also used post-purchase survey responses to gather friction points.

The Results:

+💲44,890 per month

+💲538,680 per year (forecasted)

+💲0.66 revenue per session
